SALJGA entered a team in the Rotary Club of St Andrews Junior Foursomes this year and were represented by Blair Morrison, Scott Goadby, Ryan Cowan and Jon Price. Jonny Regan was the fifth member of the squad.
SALJGA had a bye in the first round and then faced Scotscraig A in the quarter final. Although Scotscraig were an older team, the SALJGA boys played extremely well and engineered a win on the final hole of the second pairing.
In the semi-final SALJGA came up against the eventual winners, the St Andrews Club, and although they fought hard and played some outstanding golf, they were eventually beaten in a tight finish.
