Thirteen girls enjoyed a social game of golf with friends on the Strathtyrum on Sunday 28 June when they played the final Texas Scramble of the season.
The game on Sunday was played over nine holes and some impressive scores were posted which suggests that more of the girls should be striving for handicaps and playing in the Mini tour.
All participants received a Balgove ball marker and some ‘thank you’ balls for their efforts. The format has proved extremely popular and will be repeated next season.
