Ally McDougall who is on the cusp of eligibility for the Challenge Tour proved his ability by winning the M1 McArthur Salver, which was played on the Eden course in excellent conditions on Sunday afternoon.
The competition was played as a stableford event and Ally won by a single point from Jonny Regan with Michael Clark a further point back. There was a healthy field for the event with 14 participants.
Chloe Goadby is monopolising the girls’ Mini-tour 2 so far this season by winning the girls’ McArthur Salver which will sit proudly alongside the Flanagan Trophy she won last month.
