Ewan Scott won the 2012 Gold Data Lab Youths’ Open Amateur Stroke Play Championship which was contested over 4 rounds at Ladybank Golf Club; the final 72 holes being played on Sunday in gale force winds.

Team SALJGA Claim Victory in the First Match of the Season08/05/2012

Team SALJGA played an international team from St Leonards School on Sunday 29th April over the Strathtyrum course and won a convincing victory by 3½ points to ½.

The Dutch Exchange Visit Enjoys Excellent Weather and Golf at the 'Home of Golf'03/04/2012

The inaugural visit to SALJGA from Golf Club Zwolle in the Netherlands took place over the weekend and was extremely successful.  A 25 strong party of primarily children aged between 8 and 19 with handicaps as low as 4, took part in golf coaching with the St Andrews Links Academy instructors, golf on the Strathtyrum and Jubilee courses and greatly appreciated the unseasonably warm weather.

Kyle Snatches the Renwick Trophy from Lewis26/03/2012

Kyle Ferguson won the first SALJGA competition of the year after a count-back with Lewis Hazel.  Both boys shot nett scores of 73 but Kyle was awarded the trophy by virtue of his superior inward nine.
